Foi criado pela Lei n\u00ba 8.242, de 12 de outubro de 1991 e \u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel por tornar efetivo os direitos, princ\u00edpios e diretrizes contidos no Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (ECA), Lei n\u00ba 8.069, de 13 de julho de 1990.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; padding: 0pt 0pt 18pt 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">O CONANDA realiza suas assembleias mensalmente e est\u00e1 vinculado administrativamente \u00e0 Secretaria de Direitos Humanos da Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica (SDH\/PR). Possui quatro Comiss\u00f5es Tem\u00e1ticas (Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas, Or\u00e7amento e Finan\u00e7as, Forma\u00e7\u00e3o e Mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e Direitos Humanos e Assuntos Parlamentares).<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Em junho de 2000, durante o encontro nacional, foi elaborado o Plano Nacional de Enfrentamento da Viol\u00eancia Sexual Contra Crian\u00e7as e Adolescentes, consolidando o processo no qual foram definidos por meio de consensos entre diferentes setores e segmentos, as diretrizes gerais para uma pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de enfrentamento \u00e0 viol\u00eancia sexual cometida contra crian\u00e7as e adolescentes, sendo aprovado pelo CONANDA no m\u00eas seguinte, julho de 2000, no encontro dos 10 anos do ECA, sediado em Bras\u00edlia. O envolvimento do CONANDA durante todo o processo de revis\u00e3o foi fundamental para dar ao Plano Nacional o status de norteador das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas nessa \u00e1rea.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38;
