Foi criado pela Lei Municipal n\u00ba 7584 de 31 de junho de 1992, que foi alterada pelas leis municipais n\u00ba 8155\/2002 e 9115\/2015, as quais poder\u00e3o ser acessadas na \u00edntegra ao final deste texto.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; padding: 0pt 0pt 18pt 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da prioridade absoluta \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos e defesa da crian\u00e7a e do adolescente, levando em considera\u00e7\u00e3o as peculiaridades locais e a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de membro deste Conselho ser\u00e3o gratuita e constitui servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico relevante. \u00c9 composto por doze membros, assegurada a participa\u00e7\u00e3o popular, sendo seis membros natos, representantes de \u00f3rg\u00e3os governamentais, e seis membros eleitos para representar entidades n\u00e3o-governamentais, com mandatos de 2 anos, permitida uma recondu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38;
