Ele consiste no procedimento de oitiva das v\u00edtimas ou testemunhas perante autoridade policial ou judici\u00e1ria, com a finalidade de produzir provas no \u00e2mbito de um processo judicial.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">O documento, lan\u00e7ado pelo Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a (CNJ), cont\u00e9m par\u00e2metros para a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de um protocolo de atendimento e crit\u00e9rios para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de depoimento especial de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia oriundas de povos e comunidades tradicionais.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">O Manual apresenta diretrizes para a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o cultural dos procedimentos de depoimento especial das v\u00edtimas ou testemunhas de viol\u00eancia oriundas desses coletivos \u00e9tnicos, de modo a respeitar as especificidades socioculturais e lingu\u00edsticas e as singularidades dos sujeitos tradicionais e efetivar os direitos diferenciados deles.
