Antes de se candidatar a uma das vagas \u00e9 importante conhecer bem o funcionamento do projeto e todas as etapas do processo seletivo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Nossa miss\u00e3o \u00e9 disseminar informa\u00e7\u00f5es para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o da viol\u00eancia sexual cometida contra crian\u00e7as e adolescentes. Para alcan\u00e7\u00e1-la, trabalhamos durante todo o ano com o objetivo de realizar a\u00e7\u00f5es presenciais e produzir conte\u00fado sobre o tema. Por isso \u00e9 preciso que o(a) candidato(a) tenha disponibilidade nos seguintes dias e hor\u00e1rios em que ocorrem nossas reuni\u00f5es, capacita\u00e7\u00f5es e a\u00e7\u00f5es presenciais:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Sexta-feira das 18 \u00e0s 20h (uma vez por m\u00eas);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">S\u00e1bado e Domingo das 8 \u00e0s 14h (uma ou duas vezes por m\u00eas de acordo com o calend\u00e1rio anual do projeto);<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Al\u00e9m disso, o(a) candidato(a) deve atender aos seguintes requisitos:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Ter 18 anos completos ou mais at\u00e9 o \u00faltimo dia de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Estar cursando ou j\u00e1 ter conclu\u00eddo curso de n\u00edvel superior em qualquer \u00e1rea do conhecimento;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Ter disponibilidade m\u00ednima de 15 horas mensais para se dedicar ao projeto preferencialmente \u00e0s sextas (18 \u00e0s 20h), s\u00e1bados (8 \u00e0s 14h) e domingos (8 \u00e0s 14h);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Possuir acesso regular \u00e0 internet;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">N\u00e3o possuir antecedentes criminais;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Residir preferencialmente na Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de Bel\u00e9m.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">O processo seletivo ter\u00e1 as seguintes etapas:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Inscri\u00e7\u00e3o (fase eliminat\u00f3ria);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Entrevista (fase eliminat\u00f3ria);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Est\u00e1gio Probat\u00f3rio (fase eliminat\u00f3ria e classificat\u00f3ria);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Resultado e aloca\u00e7\u00e3o do(a) aprovado(a).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">A etapa do est\u00e1gio probat\u00f3rio ser\u00e1 a mais longa e complexa, pois os aprovados na fase de entrevistas ser\u00e3o divididos em grupos com no m\u00e1ximo 5 pessoas para realizar o planejamento de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 viol\u00eancia sexual que ocorrer\u00e1 no dia 13.03.2022 na Vila Cruzeirinho, Comunidade Guajar\u00e1-Mirim, Baixo Acar\u00e1\/PA.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todas as etapas ser\u00e3o melhor detalhadas no momento em que lan\u00e7amos o edital de sele\u00e7\u00e3o e o(a)\u00a0<\/span><b>  candidato(a) poder\u00e1 sanar suas d\u00favidas pelo whatsapp (91) 99214-2537 e pelo instagram @futuro.brilhante.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">O(a) candidato(a) aprovado(a) ser\u00e1 alocado(a) para atuar em uma das seguintes fun\u00e7\u00f5es do projeto:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Planejar a\u00e7\u00f5es de preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 viol\u00eancia sexual;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Pesquisar e realizar atividades l\u00fadicas com as crian\u00e7as;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Organizar eventos e atividades para captar recursos.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Por fim, quem for aprovado(a), al\u00e9m de contribuir de maneira significativa para que centenas de crian\u00e7as possam crescer de forma segura e sald\u00e1vel, ter\u00e1 direito aos seguintes benef\u00edcios:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Certificado de carga hor\u00e1ria a cada 6 meses de servi\u00e7o volunt\u00e1rio prestado;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Participar gratuitamente das capacita\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas pelo projeto, inclusive do Congresso Brasileiro de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Viol\u00eancia Sexual Cometida Contra Crian\u00e7as e Adolescentes;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Participar do clube de vantagens brilhantes;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Prefer\u00eancia para participar das a\u00e7\u00f5es presenciais do projeto;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
